ARTICLE I Names and Objective

SECTION 1. The name of the Club shall be: Las Vegas Dogs in Competitive Events.

SECTION 2. The objectives of the Club shall be:

A: To further the advancement of all dogs.

B: To conduct Agility Trials, Agility Tests, Sanctioned Matches, and events under the rules of the AKC, USDAA, and/or NADAC and to encourage sportsmanlike conduct at all events.

C: To disseminate knowledge, conduct classes in and promote the training of dogs; and

D: To encourage the training of judges.

SECTION 3. The Club shall not be conducted or operated for profit and no part of any profits or remainder or residue from revenue, dues or donations to the Club shall inure to the benefit of any Member or individual.

SECTION 4. The Members of the Club shall adopt and be required to carry out these objectives.
